One evidence map, three questions
Fictional planning case. This worksheet is a strategy aid, not a completed job letter.
Was habe ich wirklich getan? → Workshops und Änderungen koordiniert. Was fehlt noch?
Short answer
Start with the actual job posting. Germany may request a separate motivation page; Austria and Switzerland also use “Motivationsschreiben” for the job letter. Write only about experience you can support, then choose the country example that fits.
What to take from this example
Germany
Distinguish a job letter from an explicitly requested extra motivation page.
Austria
“Bewerbungsschreiben” and “Motivationsschreiben” can both mean the job letter; the employer request decides.
Switzerland
Use the Swiss examples and check the actual vacancy. The Swiss CV product revises an existing CV.
Next step
The full example can be copied or downloaded. The current draft tool uses only a job posting.
